Terms and Conditions for Participation in a Webinar Led by Shay Garbarz

Registration Terms and conditions

Registration and payment are for participation in the webinar itself and do not include access to a recording of the event.

Cancellation of registration and receipt of a refund – by contacting info@suran.co.il up to 3 hours before the event. After this time, registration cancellation or payment refund is not possible.

Broadcasted Recording:

This webinar may be published on the internet in the future. By registering on the registration page, you consent to appear in the video and to be heard in the audio recording, should your camera be active or if you speak into the microphone during the event.

Broadcasted Content:

The participant or registrant for this online broadcast is aware that its content does not constitute psychological or other treatment, does not constitute medical or health advice, and that everything stated therein is merely an opinion. The responsibility for any action taken as a result of the content lies solely with the participant or registrant.

The registrant declares that he/she is 18 years of age or older on the day of registration and that he/she will not have any claims or lawsuits against the lecturer and/or the organizers of the broadcast regarding the content appearing in it.

Consent for Use of Information

I hereby freely and knowingly give my consent to Shay Garbarz and/or “Suran” and/or their representatives, now and in the future, to use the images and/or video clips in which I appear and/or the information provided by me in the context of my participation in lectures, classes, webinars, or any other platform of “Suran” and/or Shay Garbarz and/or their representatives (hereinafter: “Personal Information”).

I am aware that all lectures, classes, workshops, webinars, etc., in which I am present and/or participate (actively or passively) are recorded and stored in the databases of “Suran” and/or Shay Garbarz and/or their representatives among others for marketing, advertising, commercial use, and to display the activity of “Suran” and/or Shay Garbarz and/or their representatives domestically and internationally, on the internet and on social networks, as well as for future uses.

I hereby confirm that all rights regarding the Personal Information that is available for public viewing on internet sites, social networks, television, or elsewhere are exclusively owned by “Suran” and/or Shay Garbarz and/or their representatives. I am aware that I will not receive any payment, compensation, or benefits, including copyright rights, related to the use of the Personal Information.

I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive to “Suran” and/or Shay Garbarz and/or their representatives all rights in the Personal Information for any use of the content and Personal Information, including its broadcast and distribution, in whole or in part, in any media (including internet and mobile communications), as well as for the purposes of filming and/or editing a film, television programs, and/or any other platform, in an unlimited number of broadcasts, without time limitation, in whole or in part, and to integrate it into other programs, which will be broadcast on various channels. I waive any right related to the examination of the materials and/or any demand related to prior approval regarding the use of the aforementioned Personal Information.

I declare and commit that I will not have any claim, demand, or request against “Suran” and/or Shay Garbarz and/or their representatives regarding my participation in lectures, classes, webinars, films, or television programs or any other platform. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for defamation, invasion of privacy under the Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981, or claims under the Defamation Law 5725-1965 or any other law, or claims for infringement of copyright and publicity rights, or any claim of improper use, distortion, manipulation, alteration, or optical illusion that may arise from the use of the Personal Information and/or as a result of broadcasting and/or publishing.

I declare that I have read this document before giving my consent and fully understand its content, meaning, and the consequences attached to this consent form. I freely and knowingly give my consent to all the above, and the validity of this consent also applies according to the Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981.

This consent form binds me, my heirs, legal guardians, estate, legal representatives, and anyone who may stand in my place.

It is clarified that if I do not wish Suran and/or Shay Garbarz and/or their representatives to make public use of the Personal Information, it is my obligation to notify the site management via the email address info@suran.co.il within 30 days from the date of participation, including personal details and dates of workshops, lectures, webinars, etc., in which I took part, in order to preserve my right to privacy.

By marking the V on the registration page next to the statement “I agree to the terms and conditions” I declare that I have read the above instructions and agree to them.
